What is your main service that we offer?
While we are happy to collaborate with other vendors, Power Wedding Media specializes in complete wedding production. As a one-stop shop, our in-house team offers full photography and videography services. To get the best experience and seamless coverage, we recommend our signature combined Photography & Videography package.
How far in advance should we book your services?
We typically recommend booking 8 to 12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (spring through fall). Because we limit the number of weddings we take each year to ensure high quality, dates book up quickly. However, feel free to reach out anytime to check our availability!
How do you handle audio like vows and speeches?
Crisp, clear audio is just as important as the visual story. For ceremonies, we discreetly place small, professional lavalier microphones on the groom and/or the officiant to capture vows cleanly, without bulky equipment in the frame. For reception speeches, we connect directly into the DJ or venue’s soundboard while also placing backup audio recorders at the podium. This dual-layer approach ensures your voices are captured with studio-grade clarity and full redundancy.
How long does it take to get our wedding film?
The editing process for an authentic cinematic film is where the true magic happens and takes time. Our standard delivery timeline for the final, edited film collection is 8-12 weeks from your wedding date.

However, we understand you are excited! We typically deliver a short 'teaser' or social media preview within the first 3 weeks, so you can share a slice of your day while we finalize your whole story. The exact delivery date will be outlined in your contract.
Can we choose the music for our film?
We love getting a feel for your musical vibe! To ensure your film can be shared online without being flagged for copyright infringement, we use professionally licensed music from high-end libraries like Musicbed. We select tracks that match the emotional arc of your day, but we always welcome your input on the genre and energy you prefer.
How many team members will be present on our wedding day?
Depending on your selected package, you will typically have 2 to 4 team members on site. Our combined photography and videography packages usually include lead photographers and videographers who work seamlessly together with a secondary for each role.
Do you provide drone coverage?
Yes! Whenever weather and local flight regulations allow, we utilize 4K drone footage to capture breathtaking aerial views of your venue. It’s a standard part of our "Power" aesthetic to give your film a grand, cinematic scale. If possible, we love to use drones to give us a great establishing shot regarding your wedding day!
Can we have the RAW footage?
At Power Wedding Media, we take pride in the finished product. RAW files are bulky, unedited, and don't represent the quality of our brand. Instead, we offer Documentary Edits, which provide the full, colour-corrected versions of your ceremony and speeches so you can watch them from start to finish.
How will our final photos and videos be delivered to us?
Photos are delivered via an online digital gallery where you can view, share, download high-res files, and order professional prints. Video edits are delivered in crisp 4K resolution via high-speed digital download links.
